Our Chatswood clinic will change to mixed billing from September 1st

New patients:
Initial consultation (1st visit) private billing with cost of $145 at least regardless of time ($43-84 rebate for Medicare holders). After 1 session, general consultations are mostly bulk billed at doctor’s discretion until the end of 2025.

Fees and charges apply for private billing consult items (genital swabs/ gynecological checkups and medical assessments such as NDIS, centrelink, workers compensation, disability parking permit).

Existing patients:
General consultations are mostly bulk billed until the end of 2025, at doctor’s discretion. Fees and charges for the private billing consult items above apply.

Non Medicare holder:
Fees $95 – $185 with additional fee applied if more than general consult.

General Consultation Charges

– Level B $95 ($43 rebate for Medicare holders)
– Level C $145 ($84 rebate for Medicare holders)
– Level D $185 ($122 rebate for Medicare holders)

University special consideration medical certificate fee $30 applies.

Pap smear screening from $145-$185, medicare rebatable $84-$122.

Centrelink $300 non rebatable.

Workers Comp/Capacity of Fitness $300.

Company health assessment, drivers license health assessment, medical health assessment report $350 – $500 non rebatable.

NDIS $1000 non rebatable.

Disability parking permit $500 non rebatable.

HPV bulk billed if within 5 years

Surgical procedures from $500.
