Fee Policy Update – Effective 1 January 2026 (Chatwood clinic only)

From 1 July 2026, all existing and new patients will be required to pay a once-off practice fee at their first general consultation, the fee will be $50. Once the practice fee is paid, standard general consultations will be bulk billed unless the consultation is classified as a chargeable service. The doctor will inform patients in advance if any additional fee applies.

Non Medicare holder:
Fees $95 – $185 with additional fee applied if more than general consult.

Charge services included: 

University special consideration medical certificate fee $30 applies.

Pap smear screening from $145-$185, medicare rebatable $84-$122.

Centrelink $300 non rebatable.

Workers Comp/Capacity of Fitness $300.

Company health assessment, drivers license health assessment, medical health assessment report $350 – $500 non rebatable.

NDIS $1000 non rebatable.

Disability parking permit $500 non rebatable.

HPV bulk billed if within 5 years

Surgical procedures from $500.
