Fee Policy Update – Effective 1 January 2026 (Chatwood clinic only)

From 1 January 2026, all existing and new patients will be required to pay a once-off year practice fee at their first general consultation of each calendar year. The annual fee is $100 for adults, and $60 for children under 18 years and seniors aged 65 years and over. Once the annual fee is paid, standard general consultations will be bulk billed for the remainder of the year unless the consultation is classified as a chargeable service. The doctor will inform patients in advance if any additional fee applies.

For new patients attending the Chatswood clinic up to 31 December 2025, an initial consultation fee of $145 applies, with a Medicare rebate of approximately $40 to $95. Subsequent general consultations will be bulk billed unless the visit involves a chargeable service, including gynaecology or Pap smears, surgical procedures, medical assessments, NDIS, Centrelink, insurance medicals, driver’s medicals, or workers compensation consultations. New patients attending from December 2025 will be covered for the annual practice fee in 2026.

Non Medicare holder:
Fees $95 – $185 with additional fee applied if more than general consult.

Charge services included: 

University special consideration medical certificate fee $30 applies.

Pap smear screening from $145-$185, medicare rebatable $84-$122.

Centrelink $300 non rebatable.

Workers Comp/Capacity of Fitness $300.

Company health assessment, drivers license health assessment, medical health assessment report $350 – $500 non rebatable.

NDIS $1000 non rebatable.

Disability parking permit $500 non rebatable.

HPV bulk billed if within 5 years

Surgical procedures from $500.
