Appointments
Consultations between our consulting hours (see above) are via appointment with every effort made to see those with urgent needs. We also provide walk-in services. Please note that appointments will take priority over walk-in patients. We also reserve the right to refuse walk-in patients if we are too busy to take in any more patients. A typical appointment time is 10-15 minutes. If you feel you require more time than a standard appointment or if you have more than one problem to discuss, please book a long appointment. Appointments can be made online via HotDoc or by contacting our practice (02 8866 5322).

  • Telehealth: Telehealth appointments are arranged in the same way as in-person visits. You will receive a specific time slot, and the doctor will do their best to meet it. Keep in mind that there are some limitations with certain medications and examinations in telehealth. Please check with our reception team to see if telehealth is appropriate for you.
  • In-Person Visits: We aim to schedule your appointment with your preferred GP to maintain continuity of care, though this may not always be possible. If your preferred GP is unavailable, our shared database allows other GPs to access your medical records.
  • Walk-In Appointments: Walk-ins are accepted based on availability for the day. Our practice generally operates on a scheduled appointment basis, which you can book through the HotDoc platform or by calling our office.

Bulk Billing
Our GPs will bulk bill all standard consultations to eligible Medicare Card Holders. However, there might be out of pocket fees for some procedures, including specialist or allied health appointments. Our staff will advise you of any costs that may arise from your consultation or treatment. Our fee schedule can be found here.

Practice Fees
Our practice fees are reviewed annually. All private patients or patients who are not eligible Medicare Card Holders will be charged an out of pocket fee. The fee for initial consultations for private patients is $145 and subsequent consultations range from $95-185. Our staff will advise you of any costs that may arise from your consultation or treatment. Our private fees schedule can be found here.
